In the part of the experimental designs , a experimental configuration of an unstable cavity by use of two bbo crystals compensating the walkoff effect and pumped by reflection is presented , and two set of controlling systems designs of open and closed loop are also presented ; we realized closed loop controlling system of bbo optical parametric oscillator tuning system , by using american general scanning inc . ' s controller to control bbo crystal ' s rotation , and scaled the output wavelength with charge coupled device 在實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)上給出了利用兩塊bbo晶體補(bǔ)償走離效應(yīng)返回式泵浦非穩(wěn)腔的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了開環(huán)和閉環(huán)兩套控制系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)使用美國(guó)通用掃描公司的掃描頭控制bbo晶體的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),用ccd對(duì)bbo - opo輸出波長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,實(shí)現(xiàn)了bbo - opo調(diào)諧系統(tǒng)的閉環(huán)控制,相對(duì)波長(zhǎng)調(diào)諧誤差小于0 . 04 ,并給出了354 . 7nm泵浦的類相位匹配bbo - opo輸出波長(zhǎng)隨晶體轉(zhuǎn)角變化的理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)曲線。
